Dear Parents/Guardians,
We would like your feedback to improve both remote and in-person learning experiences. All parents and guardians are invited to fill out the Fall 2020 Experience Survey from the Department of Education. This survey takes approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.
The survey is available in Arabic, Bengali,Chinese, English, French, Haitian Creole, Korean, Russian, Spanish, and Urdu. Once you are in the survey, you can select your preferred language in the top left corner of the survey screen.
The purpose of this survey is to:
- share your concerns about technology needs, communication, and in-person health and safety.
- provide feedback that will help school administrators and the NYC DOE overall to continue to deepen their knowledge of what students, families and teachers need and their current learning environment in order to inform planning for the rest of the school year.
We VALUE your feedback. All answers are completely anonymous. The deadline to complete the Fall 2020 Experience Survey is February 5th, 2021.
