The DOE Blended Opt in Window is NOW OPEN through November 15. Students who are currently enrolled in 100% REMOTE ONLY instruction will have the opportunity to switch to in-person blended learning from November 2 to November 15 using the following link.
Please note that the Department of Education has recently announced that this window from November 2nd-15th will be the ONLY time to opt into blended learning for the rest of the school year. Students who switch to blended learning may begin their new schedule the week of November 30.
If you and your child choose to opt in for blended learning, please complete the DOE survey using the link above and email info@qhsls.org to confirm. We will then follow up with you individually regarding your child’s start date for blended learning.
